Pending invitations count towards the limit as well as current members. Either delete invitations you no longer need, remove people who have left, or upgrade your plan. See Remove a team member.
“Your plan allows [n] organisations and you already have [n]”
You have reached the number of businesses your plan allows. Upgrade to add another. The built-in demo company does not count towards the limit.
“[Feature] is on the [plan] plan”
A screen such as budgets or inventory needs a higher plan than yours. Select See plans and prices to upgrade; you only pay the difference.

“This organisation is read-only”
The trial or subscription has ended. You can still view and export everything and nothing has been deleted. Choose a plan to carry on.
Your trial includes every Premium feature for 30 days, so none of this applies during the trial.
Manage your seats
A business’s user limit counts both people who have joined and invitations that are still pending. If you are close to the limit, tidy up before upgrading: remove people who have left and delete invitations that were never accepted. See Remove a team member or cancel an invitation.
