What is included in the free trial?
Every business starts with a 30-day trial that includes everything in Premium. No credit card is required.
What happens when the trial ends?
Choose a plan to keep going. If you do not, your business becomes read-only so you can still view and export your data. Nothing is deleted.
How are plans priced?
Plans are priced per business per month: Starter £12 ($16), Standard £25 ($34) and Premium £36 ($49), excluding VAT. Pay annually and get two months free.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, cancel or resume from your billing page at any time.
Limits and billing
How many people and businesses are included?
Starter covers 2 users and 1 business, Standard 5 users and 3 businesses, and Premium 15 users and 10 businesses. Need more? Contact us.
Which currency will I be charged in?
You are billed in GBP or USD, matching your business’s base currency.
Is VAT added?
UK businesses are charged 20% VAT on top of the plan price at checkout. Prices shown exclude VAT.
How do I pay?
Payments are handled by Stripe. Card details are entered only on Stripe’s secure pages and never touch AvrioBooks.
