How many users and businesses can I add?
Starter: 2 users and 1 business. Standard: 5 users and 3 businesses. Premium: 15 users and 10 businesses. The built-in demo company does not count towards your limit.
Can I switch from another accounting package?
You can import contacts and opening balances and bring in bank statements as CSV, OFX, QFX or QIF. See the help centre for step-by-step guides.
Does it handle VAT?
Yes. Tax rates and VAT returns are included on Standard and above, including Making Tax Digital for VAT, depending on HMRC approval.
Can my accountant work in it too?
Yes. Invite them with an Advisor role and choose what they can see and do. Every change is recorded in the audit log on Premium.
